6/23/2008 LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
Just a quick reminder, the last day of school is Thursday, June 26, and it is a minimum day! It is a free dress day for students in the elementary school and 8th grade graduates. 6th and 7th graders must come in school uniform.

6/4/2008 Annual Volunteer Breakfast
In an expression of appreciation, the teachers and staff of Albert Einstein Academies invite all parent volunteers to come to the library on Wednesday, June 11, between 7:45 and 9:00 a.m. where we will provide you with a delicious breakfast. We appreciate all you have done during the past year, whether assisting in the classroom, breakfast club, driving for field trips, serving on School Site Councils or sub committees, assisting at the many functions sponsored by Friends of AEA ...the list goes on. Please join us in the library as we say "THANK YOU!" Hope to see you there!

5/9/2008 STAR TESTING BEGINS TUESDAY, MAY 13 AND RUNS THROUGH FRIDAY, MAY 23 FOR ALL 2ND THROUGH 8TH GRADERS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILDREN GET A GOOD NIGHT'S REST EVERY NIGHT AND HAVE A HEALTHY BREAKFAST BEFORE COMING TO SCHOOL. PLEASE HAVE YOUR CHILDREN TO SCHOOL ON TIME AND IF AT ALL POSSIBLE DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN FOR DOCTOR'S OR DENTIST'S APPOINTMENTS DURING THIS TIME SO THAT THEY DO NOT MISS ANY TESTING TIME. AEACS Field of Dreams Auction Fund Raiser: Mark your calendars!
Our annual gala event will be held on June 7th, 2008.
Join us for dinner and help us raise funds for educational programs at AEACS as well as our much anticipated Field of Dreams.
This will be a special night out at the Balboa Park Hall of Champions - one that should not be missed and is destined to be remembered.
Starting May 2nd tickets are only $65 per person until June 6th.
New this year, all parents, friends and family of AEACS will also be able to submit bids on our Live Auction items before the event by visiting our special online auction website. This is a great way to get your bids in early on the great class projects.

OUR FIRST ENROLLMENT PERIOD for the 2008-2009 school year began December 1, 2007 and ran through January 31, 2008. Our First Enrollment Lottery took place on February 20. The SECOND ENROLLMENT PERIOD begins February 1 and runs through March 15. We just completed the THIRD AND FINAL ENROLLMENT PERIOD for the upcoming school year. You can download applications for the Elementary and Middle schools and either bring the completed application(s) to our office, fax it to (619)795-1180 or mail to our office at 3035 Ash Street, San Diego, CA 92102 Attn: Enrollment.
