2024-2025 AEA Board of Trustees Meeting Information

All Board of Trustees meetings are available to be viewed in-person or remotely via Zoom and live stream on our YouTube channel. Recordings are available to view until the following meeting. Please see the table below for a complete schedule including location and zoom links.

If you would like to participate in the “PUBLIC COMMENT” section of the board meeting, please submit a Public Comment Request form. You may also indicate you would like to provide a public comment while in the Zoom or attending in-person during the board meeting until the public comment period is over.

Live Spanish interpretation will be provided. ASL interpretation is available upon request within 48 hours of a scheduled meeting. Please send requests to support@aeacs.org.
