2024-2025 AEA Board of Trustees Meeting Information

All Board of Trustees meetings are available to be viewed in-person or remotely via Zoom and live stream on our YouTube channel. Recordings are available to view until the following meeting. Please see the table below for a complete schedule including location and zoom links.

If you would like to participate in the “PUBLIC COMMENT” section of the board meeting, please submit a Public Comment Request form. You may also indicate you would like to provide a public comment while in the Zoom or attending in-person during the board meeting until the public comment period is over. You will have the option to speak live when it is your turn to speak or you may enter your comments in the request form and it will be read to the board members.
