Organizational and Financial Sustainability Review

OPEN FOR NEW AND REVISED PROPOSALS

New and revised proposals are due Friday, September 25, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Albert Einstein Academies is accepting new and revised proposals for an Independent Management Consultant to conduct an organizational and financial sustainability review.

Proposals received under the original schedule remain active and under consideration. Respondents who previously submitted a proposal may supplement or replace their proposal by the revised deadline.

The original RFP remains in effect except as modified by Addendum No. 1.

Key Dates

• Additional written questions due: Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PT

• AEA responses issued: Friday, September 18, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. PT

• New and revised proposals due: Friday, September 25, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PT

• AEA review, evaluation, and due diligence: September 28–October 13, 2026

• Consultant selected and retained: No later than October 15, 2026

• Final report: Within 90 days following retention
