Notification of Student Survey
Dear Parent or Guardian,
In order to learn more about student experiences at school, Albert Einstein Academies (AEA) is partnering with Kelvin Education this year to conduct organization-wide student surveys for children in grades four to eight. Through these surveys, the school will gain valuable information about the social-emotional needs of our students and the climate and culture of our schools. The results of these surveys help inform both school-based and district-wide initiatives to support the social and emotional health of our community.
When will students take the survey?
- The survey will be administered between Monday, December 11, and January 31, 2024
Opt-out
- If any family would like to opt their student out of the survey, please complete this form.
- The deadline to opt-out on behalf of the student is Friday, December 8.
- A copy of the survey can be provided upon request.
We appreciate your time and attention to this and your support as we look to understand the climate in our schools and how we can best benefit our students’ social and emotional health.

Para aprender más sobre las experiencias de los estudiantes, Albert Einstein Academies (AEA) se está asociando con Kelvin Education este año para realizar encuestas de estudiantes en todo el distrito para niños en los grados cuarto a octavo. A través de estas encuestas, el distrito obtendrá información valiosa sobre las necesidades socioemocionales de nuestros estudiantes y el clima y la cultura de nuestras escuelas. Los resultados de estas encuestas ayudan a informar tanto las iniciativas escolares como las de todo el distrito para apoyar la salud social y emocional de nuestra comunidad.
¿Cuándo tomarán los estudiantes la encuesta?
- Cuándo: La encuesta se administrará entre el Lunes 11 de diciembre y 31 de enero de 2024
Desistir
- Si alguna familia prefiere excluir a su estudiante de la encuesta, por favor complete este formulario.
- La fecha límite para desistir en nombre del estudiante es el viernes 8 de diciembre.
- Se puede proporcionar una copia de la encuesta a solicitud.
