Middle School info – Einstein Spring Expo

Hello AEA Middle School Families,

This Friday (May 29) we will host the first ever Einstein Spring Expo.  For our middle school students it will be a FREE DRESS day.  We will also have our first NO BACKPACK DAY so that they do not have to worry about their backpacks while at the event from 2pm to 3pm. 

Friday will still be a full instructional and academic day, so please have your student bring their writing utensils.  If for any reason you NEED your child to bring their backpack, they may, but we will have a space for them during the event.  Also, if their teacher asks them to bring their backpack for some type of classroom activity, they may, but again we will provide a space for the backpacks during the event.  The reason for no backpacks is to help keep our event safe.      

At 3pm our students will be released, but have the option to stay at the event.  Families, friends, and ALL community members are invited on campus through the back gate at 3pm.

Hola familias de AEA Middle School:

Este viernes (29 de mayo) celebraremos la primera Expo de Primavera Einstein. Para nuestros estudiantes de middle school será un día de ROPA LIBRE. También tendremos nuestro primer DÍA SIN MOCHILAS para que no tengan que preocuparse por sus mochilas mientras estén en el evento de 2:00 p.m. a 3:00 p.m.

El viernes seguirá siendo un día completo de instrucción y actividades académicas, por lo que les pedimos que sus estudiantes traigan sus útiles para escribir. Si por alguna razón NECESITAN que su hijo(a) traiga su mochila, podrán hacerlo, y tendremos un espacio disponible para guardarlas durante el evento. Además, si algún maestro les pide traer la mochila para alguna actividad en el salón, también podrán hacerlo; igualmente proporcionaremos un espacio para las mochilas durante el evento. La razón de no permitir mochilas es ayudar a mantener nuestro evento seguro.

A las 3:00 p.m. nuestros estudiantes serán despedidos, pero tendrán la opción de quedarse en el evento. Las familias, amigos y TODOS los miembros de la comunidad están invitados a ingresar al campus por la puerta trasera a las 3:00 p.m.
