The AEA Board of Trustees evaluates the Superintendent annually. Our Board recently completed my 2020-2021 evaluation which I have attached below. The results were also presented by the Board at their March 9, 2021 meeting. The evaluation process included an anonymous survey completed by each Board member, as well as a self-evaluation narrative written by me. The Board subcommittee on Superintendent evaluation organized and implemented the entire process. I appreciate the feedback and am using it to improve my work going forward.
