OPTIONAL COVID Testing for AEA Students and Staff | AEA

Free Weekly Covid Testing (optional) for all AEA Students and Staff on Mondays at 7:30 am!

  • OPTIONAL Covid testing day will be every Monday at 7:30 am.
  • Available only to AEA students and staff members.
  • Parent consent is required prior to testing.
  • Please register your student HERE.
  • Testing is performed via a rapid antigen test (nasal swab) and is self-administered (students will swab themselves with guidance from an AEA staff member).
  • Parents will receive electronic notification of results. There will be absolutely NO congregate waiting at the testing site for results. 
 
LOCATIONS:  
Elementary – 3035 Ash Street (front of school)
Middle – 458 26th Street (athletic courts – back of school) 
 
IMPORTANT: 
Parent consent is required prior to testing. Please register your student HERE.  All information is confidential.  All students and staff must have an electronic consent form filed prior to receiving a test.
 

Primary Health Mobile Application (for entering your at-home COVID test results)

Primary.Health, the platform we use to log Covid-19 test results, has just released a mobile app called Primary Health Pass! The Primary Health Pass app (available in the Apple Store and Google Play Store) is free and open to all AEA families and school employees and makes recording OTC/At-Home test results much more straightforward. Creating an account and logging a test takes less than a minute, and registering new participants is also made more accessible. Once your account has been completed if you still need to register in Primary.Health, you can conveniently register through the app.

Pruebas semanales gratuitas de Covid (opcionales) para todos los estudiantes y el personal de AEA los lunes a las 7:30 a.m.

 

  • OPCIONAL El día de exámenes Covid será todos los lunes a las 7:30 am.
  • Disponible sólo para estudiantes y personal de AEA.
  • Se requiere el consentimiento de los padres antes de la prueba. Por favor, registre a su hijo AQUÍ.
  • Las pruebas se realizan mediante una prueba rápida de antígenos (frotis nasal) y son autoadministradas (los estudiantes se frotarán ellos mismos con la orientación del personal de AEA).
  • Los padres recibirán una notificación electrónica de los resultados. No habrá absolutamente NINGUNA espera en el sitio de la prueba para los resultados.

Se requiere el consentimiento de los padres antes de la prueba. Por favor, registre a su estudiante AQUÍ. Toda la información es confidencial. Todos los estudiantes y el personal deben tener un formulario de consentimiento electrónico archivado antes de recibir una prueba.
 
 

Aplicación móvil Primary Health (para registrar los resultados de las pruebas COVID realizadas en casa)

Primary Health, es la plataforma que utilizamos para registrar los resultados de las pruebas Covid-19, acaba de lanzar una aplicación móvil llamada Primary Health Pass. La aplicación Primary Health Pass (disponible en Apple Store y Google Play Store) es gratuita y está abierta a todas las familias y empleados de AEA y hace que el registro de los resultados de las pruebas OTC/At-Home sea mucho más sencillo. Crear una cuenta y registrar una prueba lleva menos de un minuto y el registro de nuevos participantes también es más accesible. Una vez creada su cuenta, si aún necesita registrarse en Primary.Health, puede hacerlo cómodamente a través de la aplicación.
