At their March 10, 2020 meeting the AEA Board of Trustees unanimously approved a resolution I brought forth, setting parameters around compensating all salaried and hourly employees in the event of a mandatory closure of our campuses due to COVID-19.  I am exceedingly proud of our Board for their commitment to employee well-being.  I remain firm in my belief that we must remove as many stressors as possible–including financial uncertainty–so that our team can focus on the health and wellbeing of their families as well as addressing the ongoing educational needs of all AEA students, even with a likely transition to remote/online platforms.
